After seeing an adorable Christmas Ornament wreath on Pinterest, we knew we had to try to make them.

My partner in crime (and crafting) Megan and I had serious discussions about different techniques for making the ornament wreath, and finally settled on hot gluing them to a foam base, as outlined here. (Another popular method involves a wire hanger, but we have a firm stance against those) 

We used foam wreath bases that were wrapped in burlap. I think it made the hot glue stick better. Our bases conveniently had a hook ribbons so we didnt have to tie one on before we started. Tthe final product was significantly larger than expected. Its important to have some smaller ornaments to fill in gaps, I also used jingle bells from Michael’s that happened to match perfectly to accomplish this. (Pro tip: Do NOT go to Michael’s the day after black Friday.)
